World Day against Child Labour
World Day against Child Labour is observed on June 12 every year. It reminds us that children should go to school, play, learn, and enjoy their childhood instead of doing hard or dangerous work.
Unfortunately, millions of children around the world still work instead of attending school. That is why it is important to protect children’s rights and ensure that every child has access to education and a safe childhood.
Fun Fact: If all children had equal access to education, the world could have many more teachers, scientists, artists, and athletes achieving their dreams!
