The New Year’s Event 2023
Svitac (Firefly in Bosnia) held an annual “The New Year’s Event” on December 20th and it was a great time with parents, friends, music, games, and lots of laughter!
The event started with a program for both the participants and their friends and parents. There was a classical guitar and a violin performance; participants in music activities also performed on drums and other musical instruments; the youngest participants performed a story “Two New Year’s Trees”, recited songs about the Snowman, sang, and danced.
Also this year we had a New Year’s Bingo, where all the participants got a present when their number was called out.
The event ended with refreshments; everybody was spending time together, talking, laughing, and enjoying their time. Svitac’s (Firefly in Bosnia’s) New Year’s Party was attended by many participants and guests; we are delighted to be able to create these kinds of events, full of music, laughter, and happiness.
The party was held at the premises of the Youth center Brčko District BiH.
