World Day of Social Justice 2026
Svitac (Firefly in Bosnia) led a workshop with a group of children about social justice. We discussed key words like fairness, equality, respect, human rights, diversity, and inclusion, and worked together to understand their meanings in simple, everyday language.
The children shared thoughtful ideas and real-life examples.
After the discussion, they drew the word they liked the most – there were many pictures about rights to go to school, right to love, right to play, etc. Through drawing and creative slogans, the children expressed what these values mean to them, making the learning both meaningful and fun.
