Summer Rock School
Floridus, an innovative young band from Mostar, performed in Brčko on Saturday 11th June at 9:00pm. Their tour across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is part of the Summer Rock School – Songs That Matter, a big musical project organized by Mostar Rock School that aims to bring together about 50 young musicians (age 18-25) from all over BiH.
Musicians perform in mixed bands at music camps and cooperate in delivering workshops on writing song lyrics about socially relevant issues. All songs that will result from this project will be recorded in Mostar Rock School DK studio and performed in two concerts. The project will be documented on a video, and a DVD compilation, with all music videos by all bands and a short documentary about the summer camp, will be produced and distributed.
As a local partner of this musical project, Svitac helped in the organisation and promotion of the event in Brčko.
