MUSIC AT SVITAC (FIREFLY)
Music workshops are integral part of Svitac’s (Firefly’s) work since organisation was established in Brčko.
Apart from organising annual summer music camps in and outside of the town, Svitac is offering daily music workshops and activities such as: individual and group guitar lessons of various genres, samba drumming workshops and improvisation, singing and percussion workshops for children.
International and local volunteers are involved in preparing, participating and helping out with these activities.
These activities provide exceptionally good way to help people (participants and volunteers) to engage in group activity and cooperation whilst also enabling communication beyond boundaries of languages and culture.
